SURBITON COURT FLATS 1-69 HANDBOOK

Bicycles, Prams, etc

Communal areas must be kept clear of obstruction at all times.

Bicycles must not be chained to lampposts or drainpipes, or left in the communal hallways, staircases, balconies, gardens, or bin compounds. The same applies to prams, scooters, skateboards, children’s toys, rubbish/waste bags, or any other personal belongings.

Rubbish or waste bags must not be left in any communal areas.

Such obstructions contravene the Lease, as well as Fire Risk and Health & Safety legislation. It is also a regulatory requirement of our Block Insurance Policy that the common parts of Surbiton Court are kept free of obstruction.
