Owners who sub-let their flats must inform the Board and provide contact details
(preferably email and telephone numbers) for their sub-tenants, letting agents, and
keyholders. Contact details should be emailed to the Company Secretary
at secretary@surbitoncourt.com.
Owners are responsible for their sub-tenants’ behaviour, and legally bound to ensure
that their sub-tenants are fully conversant with, and comply with, the Terms of the
Lease. Owners should draw their attention to the website and Handbook, in particular,
the Noise & Nuisance
and Parking regulations.
Sub-tenants may not sub-let under any circumstances.
