The communal areas of Surbiton Court (hallways, staircases, balconies and bin compounds)
are cleaned by contractors once a week – currently on Thursdays.
If you feel that any aspect of the communal cleaning is not satisfactory, please email
the Services Director at services@surbitoncourt.com.
The light-bulbs in the common parts are checked by the Services Director approximately once a week.
The cleaners are notified and they replace faulty bulbs when the cleaning is done – currently on Thursdays.
If you notice that a light-bulb has been out for some time, please email the Services Director
at services@surbitoncourt.com.
