Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any of the communal hallways,
staircases, or on the open balconies leading to Flats 27-35 and 36-41.
If you smoke in the gardens, you must keep away from the buildings so that smoke does
not drift into residents’ windows.
Cigarette stubs and matches must be disposed of safely: they must not be thrown out of windows,
left as litter or where they might pose a fire hazard.
