Anyone wishing to buy or sell a flat in Surbiton Court Flats 1-69 must liaise with the

It is essential that the Board has up-to-date contact details for all
residents (including tenants and landlords), not only to enable efficient communication but in case of emergencies. This is
especially important for owners of investment properties, who should additionally provide
details of key-holders and/or letting agents.
